MURDER MYSTERY EVENT SUMMARY:

The Batholomew family runs a very successful boutique hotel, Batholomew Lodge and has done so for many years. Since it was opened by parents, Madeline and Frederick, it has become synonymous with artists and wealthy business travellers a-like. Frederick died 8 years ago but she has continued to run this hotel until recently after falling into ill health. Her son, Philip now runs the hotel. He has a questionable reputation as he appears to spend more time chasing the opposite sex rather than running the hotel. Beatie is the Housekeeper and is not one of Phillip’s fans. But is her dislike of him based on anything horrific or loving?

Staying in the hotel is successful crime writer Simone, who has recently had her new book No More Tears, receive critical acclaim both here and over in USA. Also resident in the hotel is James, who has spent many years working for Madeline as her Accountant. But what does he know about about the hotel’s accounts that would raise suspicion?
